Moving supplies such as boxes, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and other vendor-provided materials may be added to the invoice when needed.
Yes. Through our White Glove Transportation Logistics service, we can rent a 15-foot, 20-foot, or 26-foot truck on your behalf. We handle vehicle pick-up, refueling, and return to ensure seamless project completion. The client is invoiced for the truck rental and gas, with a 20% surcharge added.
Yes. We document project progress with photos and provide regular client updates via text message to ensure you are informed every step of the way.
For your convenience, we can front the cost of truck rentals, gas, and supplies. These items are added to your final invoice with a 20% surcharge or money fronted fee. Moving supplies like boxes, blankets, and shrink wrap are billed at vendor rates.
Yes. Most jobs require a minimum booking of 3 to 4 hours so our crew can complete your service to our white-glove standard.
Your estimate covers the core service requested. Additional charges may apply for truck rentals, fuel, packing materials, and supplies, as well as applicable surcharges. These are itemized separately on your final invoice for full transparency.
We offer all of the above. Many clients choose a combination of full-service moving, moving labor only, and rental-truck coordination, tailored to their specific needs and budget.
It means both. Our team responds to booking requests around the clock, and our crew can also be available 24/7 upon request for moves that require overnight or after-hours execution. This is especially common for business and commercial relocations scheduled overnight or during off-hours to avoid disrupting daily operations. Crew availability is confirmed in advance based on the specific job, scheduling, and any rush-rate terms that apply.
We recommend booking as early as possible. We accept bookings up to a month in advance, two weeks out, and even three days out. Same-day service may be available with a rush rate added depending on crew availability.
